Group coaching is a great budget-friendly option, but if you find you need more help you can always upgrade to 1-on-1 or VIP coaching.

  • Fit Life Academy is suitable for all fitness levels. We provide a beginner program for those who are new to strength training. Our beginner program is 1 month long and starts you with the fundamental movements to strength training with demos for good form.

Fit Life Academy offers a home and gym version. For the home version, you will need one pair of dumbbells and a glute band. We recommend the Hip Circle found on Amazon.

When you sign-up, you will gain instant access to our membership portal. There you will find instructions on starting the program. You can start with our beginner program or jump right into the current month’s programming.

We require 3 workouts per week which take approximately one hour each to complete. Our workouts are challenging and highly-efficient so no further workouts are necessary. However, we offer two optional workouts to add-on each week for those who like to train more frequently.

Once you have signed up, you will receive an email with your log-in information and instructions on navigating our membership portal. Be sure to take a look around as we include many exclusive resources for you!

No, Fit Life Academy is not a Multi-Level-Marketing company. All of our coaches are independently board certified through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). We only want the best for our members and have incredibly high standards for new coaches.

No. We can help you with other physical and non-physical goals too, such as muscle gain, body recomposition, weight gain, having a better relationship with food, learning to exercise, and more!

We welcome you to join FLA just as you are now! Our members are beginner, intermediate, and advanced level lifters. FLA can be tailored to any level of fitness and knowledge level.
