Working with Mallory has really been one of the best decisions that I’ve ever made!! I had lost weight before by myself but the way I was doing it was so unsustainable and I gained it all back (and more). After doing the VIP program, I feel a lot more prepared to keep the weight off for good this time. What makes this program so special is that Mallory focuses on so much more than just losing weight. We discuss body image, self-sabotage, our relationship with food, and so much more. She really tries to connect on a personal level with her clients and it’s clear that she cares about everyone’s journey. This is especially true in the VIP program because there’s a webinar each week with her each week and she checks in via text during the week. I loved the VIP program and I would highly recommend it if you want to kick start your weight loss journey or even if you need just a little more accountability!
I have been working with Mallory for over a year now. All of Mallory’s program offer an unparalleled amount of support, but to be able to connect with her and other girls in the group from the VIP program is something that not many people can compete with. Everything is personalized to you, and she doesn’t only help you meet your weight loss goals, but she teaches you how to implement so many different principles into your life that may affect how you view food. This program incorporates self-love, self-appreciation, goal setting, and teaching yourself how to have a healthy relationship with food. I find that with many coaches, you get a meal plan, or a set of numbers and there is no connectivity on a personal level. You get so much more than that with Mallory, and specifically the VIP Program. Everything is tailored to you, and your needs. I would recommend this program, and Mallory to anyone and everyone!
One of the things I love most about working with Mallory is that she understands everything you’re going through as a woman. The period pains, the fluctuations in weight, the emotional rollercoasters, and more. She is patient and encouraging and most of all she doesn’t force you to do things one way – she works with you to make sure your plan fits YOU and your specific lifestyle and needs. I couldn’t ask for a better coach to work with than Mallory. I was new to counting macros and she made it very easy. She is knowledgeable, sweet, but gives the tough love I needed at times. She is approachable and I never felt like any of my concerns were silly to her. She always took the time to answer and put me at ease. She makes the experience feel very personal and one on one. I highly recommend Mallory. She really helped me change my relationship with food and I am forever grateful for her
Working with Coach Rachel and FLA in general has been such a blessing. I haven't lost a ton of weight but have learned so much about building healthier habits. I'm paying more attention to my sleep, protein intake, and how and when I move my body. I love the community and how uplifting everyone is, and I love having Coach Rachel available to answer questions, encourage me on hard days, and to cheer me on when I'm succeeding.

Love, love, love Fit Life Academy! These workouts combine the best of all workout worlds. They are: efficient, challenging, convenient, customizable, and most importantly fun! As a seasoned gym rat, I was skeptical. After one week, my skepticism proved unfounded. I was super sore and these workouts utilize new muscles for me and keep me challenged and excited for more. This program has something for everyone.
I LOVE working with Coach Rachel 1:1. The guided direction for my fitness and nutrition has made all the difference for me. She is inspiring and gives me a level of accountability that has taken my health journey to the next level. Before I started working with Rachel and FLA I was spinning my wheels trying to get healthy on my own. After 6 weeks of the 1:1 program I have lost weight, gained muscle, lost inches, and have started to recomposition my figure. I feel amazing, have so much more energy, and my mental health has improved. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is serious about making a change and becoming a better version of themselves!
When I became a mom, my priorities really shifted and I started to struggle with spending time away from my son at the gym. I tried other apps and didn't enjoy them for long and didn't connect with the community. I decided to try FLA for flexibility of working out at home. It's really fit into my life better than anything else I've tried. With FLA, having 3 workouts a week is super manageable. I love the support of the community and everyone is really positive and encouraging. I highly recommend it to anyone but especially if you're a busy mama!
Never been a fan of at home workouts, but with the stay at home orders these past months I was needing something that would allow me to keep my gains outside the gym. This at-home program is that! The video demos are great and show modifications to make the exercises easier or harder to fit your level. They are pretty quick and I’m getting a good workout and feeling that burn I love to feel. At the price point, you can’t beat it! Now that the gyms are opened back up I am LOVING the gym version! The workouts are challenging yet efficient.
Alyssa provided me with the most well-rounded and individualized care that I have ever received! Over the course of 8 months, Alyssa paid close attention to everything that I was sharing with her, and carefully responded with understanding, kindness, encouragement, and insight. She takes the time to address all of your frustrations or curiosities, and gives you the tools you need to make the most sustainable, healthy, and enjoyable decisions for yourself. She focused on my overall wellness and left me with a new-found confidence in my strength and capabilities. I have more goals now than ever before and am absolutely jazzed to reach them, talk about sustainability! Alyssa made me feel like a WARRIOR! I joined FLA a few months ago and the only regret I have is that I didn’t join sooner! FLA is a safe safe that has allowed me to unlearn all the toxic BS around “diet culture” and learn sustainable life changes. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and are constantly communicating with their members (instead of just posting a fluff post once a month) . FLA focuses on whole body health and teaches you how to be physically and mentally strong. FLA is a game changer and I am so happy I finally took the leap to join.
