Additionally, we’ll have a 45-minute video call every month to ensure you’re staying on track and to discuss any adjustments. I’m Mallory King, Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist, and the founder of Fit Life Academy. My personal health journey began in childhood, as I struggled with my weight from the 2nd grade. At 21, a pivotal doctor’s visit revealed I was borderline obese, which became my wake-up call to reclaim my health.
In 2012, I embarked on a transformative journey to lose 75 pounds. I openly documented my progress and challenges on Instagram, fostering a community of support and transparency. This experience ignited my passion for helping others embrace a healthy lifestyle. By 2014, I became certified and started coaching, and over the past decade, I’ve guided over a thousand clients towards their fitness goals.
