Ingredients

  • 80g protein powder, I used Optimum Nutrition’s Vanilla Ice Cream flavor
  • 50g uncooked, old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup 50% reduced sugar dried cranberries (I used Kroger’s brand)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

Mix ingredients together and then leave in the fridge for half an hour. You want the consistency to be a little wet but dry enough to mold so add a tbsp of water if needed. Take out and roll into 20 balls. Keep in Tupperware in the fridge. Enjoy!
